Add an option to hide tools in the toolbox

There is already a way to reorder tools in the toolbox, but it would be very useful to also have an option to hide tools. A lot of new tools have been added, and I personally do not use around half of them. Being able to hide unused tools would make the toolbox much cleaner and easier to use.
