Add Voice Notes and Customizable Audio Buttons

Please add a feature that allows users to record and attach voice explanations directly to a specific location within a file or note.

The user should be able to place a recording button at a specific point in the document and record a voice explanation related to that particular section.

Each recording should remain linked to its exact location in the file, so users can easily identify which part of the document the audio belongs to.

Please also add a customizable audio button that can be moved freely within the page. The user could place the button next to the relevant text, diagram, or section and tap it to play the associated recording immediately, without having to search through a list of all audio recordings.

The audio button should ideally be movable, editable, and easy to identify. Users should also be able to delete, rename, or replace the associated recording.

This would be especially useful for adding personal explanations, reminders, pronunciation notes, or additional information directly to specific parts of a lecture or document.
