Allow panning past page boundaries on fixed-size pages

Hi Notewise Team,

Please add an option to scroll/pan past the page boundaries when using fixed-size pages (like A4).

Currently, the app locks the page when its edge hits the screen edge. This makes writing near the margins very uncomfortable because my hand has nowhere to rest.

I have attached a screenshot from MyScript Nebo as a reference. Notice how they allow dragging the page edge to the center of the screen, so the hand always rests in the middle of the tablet.

Adding this "Overscroll" toggle would massively improve ergonomics and make Notewise perfect.
