App Bug

Ever since the most recent app update I have been experiencing intermittent issues with the app freezing. When this happens, I cannot edit text or write new text even though the page is responsive to scrolling. To fix this bug, I have to physically exit the current note back to the menu and reopen the note. Then it works normally until the next time it happens. It happens somewhat frequently and is starting to become an issue. Any Idea what may be causing this? It never happened in the past 3 or 4 months until after my app updated just a few days ago.
