Hi, I’ve been using Notewise with my Chromebook and a local account without cloud service for the past two or so years. Just today, I subscribed to a cloud account (Starter) and the first thing notewise did was asking me if I wanted to upload my locally saved files to the cloud. I agreed and know I’ve been waiting for hours without any succes. Even worse I can’t find my local files anymore.
I need those files for my studies and am growing someone desparate. After the first attempt to upload, all my folders reappeared, however, none of my files are in those folders anymore.
I have tried to restart the upload multiple times. The bar indicating the process always moves a fraction of the way forward and then appears to just get stuck and nothing happens for hours. When I then stop it again to see if any of my files are there again, I get a message that there has been a problem and I should try again later. I have had an internet connection the whole way through.
Is there any way I can get access to my files again? I would really appreciate some help and pointers.
