hey there! i think there is already a solution for your problem. if you go to change template, in the bottom right corner is the button “apply to current page”. if you tap on the arrow next to it (still on the same button, the tiny pop up says “apply to all pages”, beneath that is a checkbox with “set as default template”. once you’ve applied the template with the box checked, the template gets used for all new notes :)
