Double Tap Gesture improvements

Let us have it so that double tapping fits the page's width like currently but nothing else. When the zoom is at page width, I don't want to double tap to zoom out to 100%; we can just do that with pinch gesture. This will only cause more confusion if the ability to zoom out past “100%” is added. The current implementation just causes loads of accidental zooming out to 100%.
