Feature Request: "Straighten/Align Handwriting" Tool (Like Samsung Notes)

I would like to request a feature that would be incredibly helpful for digital note-taking: a "Straighten" or "Align Handwriting" tool, similar to the one found in Samsung Notes.

When writing quickly, it is very common for handwritten lines to become crooked or slanted. Having a tool (perhaps built into the Lasso selection options) that automatically levels out and straightens selected handwritten text along a horizontal axis would make keeping notes neat and organized much easier.
