Fix the position of the plus (+) icon next to the tags in Arabic

The plus icon is positioned correctly in other languages, but its position changes when the app is set to Arabic. This makes the interface look visually inconsistent and distorted.

Please keep the plus icon in the correct and consistent position in Arabic as well, while still respecting the right-to-left layout.
