Hand Tool

Uploaded are images of a feature I believe will also be of great use. 

This is I believe the panning took or hand tool, it helps to move the screen or sheet just as it will when you put on read mode, just that this time you have all other features onboard (pen, selection, eraser etc). This request comes from the perspective of using an external writing pad (thus not using a stylus pen directly on the screen) hence it will be easy with the hand tool to move up or down the screen/sheet in normal mode without using read mode.
