Improve Undo and Redo Gestures

Please improve the current undo and redo gestures. They feel slow and are sometimes unreliable, which makes them difficult and tiring to use during long writing sessions.

Currently, undo requires tapping the screen twice with two fingers, while redo requires tapping twice with three fingers. This is not very convenient when writing or editing for several hours, especially when using a stylus.

A more practical solution would be to use a horizontal two-finger swipe gesture, with the two fingers placed side by side:

- Two-finger swipe right: Undo

- Two-finger swipe left: Redo

This direction feels more natural for Arabic users because Arabic is written from right to left, and moving to the right can feel more natural for accessing undo.

The gestures should respond immediately and reliably. It would also be helpful to make the gesture directions customizable in the settings, so users can reverse them if they prefer the opposite direction.

The goal is to make undo and redo fast, reliable, and comfortable for frequent use during long writing and editing sessions, especially for users working with a stylus.
