Increase the maximum thickness of the highlighter pen.

The current maximum thickness of 100% is not enough for all files. Text size can vary significantly between different files, apps, operating systems, and file versions, even when the files use the same format.

Some text requires a much thicker highlighter to be properly highlighted. In some cases, the required thickness can be several times larger than the current maximum, potentially up to around 500%.

Please increase the maximum highlighter thickness or provide a wider and more flexible thickness range so users can adjust it according to the text size in each file.
