​Provide users with the flexibility to choose which notes or folders are stored exclusively locally versus synced to the Notewise Cloud, even while signed into an active cloud account.

​Currently, signing into the Notewise Cloud defaults to syncing files globally, which creates significant bottlenecks for power users with massive local notebook libraries.

Granular Sync Controls: Introduce a toggle or setting for individual notebooks and folders to switch between "Local Only" and "Cloud Sync" modes.

​This feature significantly improves user flexibility, drastically reduces initial sync times for long-time users, optimizes device/cloud storage, and gives users complete control over their data management.
