Palm rejection is not working properly

This issue is especially noticeable on tablets. When I lift my hand off the screen and place it back down, the page often moves unintentionally instead of staying fixed in place. Because of this, I feel like I have to keep my hand resting on the screen while writing. It is very distracting and makes handwriting uncomfortable.
