Quick Switch & Search Key position

As a med student, i use this quick switch and search key on the left upper corner a lot but unfortunately with new update these are located under a drop down menu. All keys appear in single tab only when device is in Landscape. But i need those keys just next to the home key. Please bring the quick switch and search key next to home key. Or make it able to customize and repostionable as per the user need. Thank you
