Reduce "Hold to draw shape" and "Circle to lasso" holding time.

Please will you reduce / or make the required holding time for “draw shape” and “circle to lassoo” configurable, because currently it is far too long to the point that is is actually frustrating when writing pages of maths equations that require drawing lots of lines (i.e. math fractions). Thanks.
