Subject: Bug Report – Straight-Line Tool Invisible on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (One UI 9)

Hello Notewise Support Team,

I would like to report a bug with the dedicated straight-line tool in Notewise after updating my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to One UI 9.

Devices affected:

- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – One UI 9

- Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 – One UI 8

Issue description:

When I use the dedicated straight-line tool on my Galaxy S25 Ultra, the line is created but is not visible on the screen. However, the same line appears normally on my Galaxy Tab S9 running One UI 8.

Both devices are synced to the same Notewise account. When I create a straight line on my Galaxy S25 Ultra, it remains invisible on the S25 Ultra but is visible when I open the same synced note on my Galaxy Tab S9.

This suggests that the line data is being saved and synced correctly, but there may be a rendering or compatibility issue with Notewise on One UI 9.

Expected behaviour:

Straight lines should be visible on both devices after creation and synchronisation.

Actual behaviour:

Straight lines created on the Galaxy S25 Ultra are invisible on that device but visible on the Galaxy Tab S9.

Could you please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue with One UI 9 and advise me on a solution?
