Suggestions to make "Connector features" efficient........

I would like to improve the connector behavior and customization options as follows:

1. Connect Anywhere Along the Box/Shape/Table Sides:

Currently, a connector can only attach to the four corners of a box. It should be possible to connect the connector to any point along any of the four sides of the box, not just the corners. The connection point should automatically snap to the nearest point on the selected side.

2. Reduce the Arrowhead Size:

The connector’s arrowhead is currently much larger than the arrowhead of the standard arrow shape created using the Shape Tool. Please make the arrowhead smaller and more proportionate to the connector so that it looks cleaner and more aesthetically balanced.

3. Custom Default Connector Size:

The connector currently has a default thickness of 10, but there is no option for the user to change this default value. Please provide a setting where users can define their preferred default connector thickness. Any new connector created afterward should automatically use the selected default size.

4. Connector Should Scale When Resizing Multiple Selected Objects:

• When two boxes are connected with a connector and the boxes and connector are selected together using the Lasso tool, resizing the selection should scale all selected elements proportionally.

• Currently, the boxes become smaller or larger, but the connector arrow remains at its original size. The connector line, arrowhead, and its overall dimensions should scale proportionally along with the boxes.

5. Provide Different Connector and Arrow Types:

In addition to the standard straight connector, there should be multiple connector/arrow styles available for creating different types of diagrams and flowcharts. For example:

• Elbow Connector — a connector with horizontal and vertical segments, useful for flowcharts and diagrams where direct connections would overlap other objects.

• Curved Arrow Connector — a curved connector with an arrowhead at the end.

• These connector types should ideally be available from a connector/arrow style menu, allowing the user to easily switch between different styles according to the diagram requirements.
