Toolbar add on

I want to add a quick toolbar there when i press my S pen button on hover, it pops up with the most recently used tools or favourite tools

This will be really useful & helpful when needed, such as when I need a certain tool but don't want to go all the way to the original toolbar.

In addition, the selection tool. It'll will be very useful if you made a quick gesture to select the selection tool, such as when pressing S pen button on hover and it automatically chooses the selection tool once, and when I'm done selecting, it automatically returns to the previous tool.
