App no longer work on huawei (gBox)

I updated the app a few days ago and after that it stopped working.

I’m using a huawei matepad 11 with harmonyOS 3.0.0, so I have to use gBox for google services.

I don’t want to lose all my school notes and I also paid for this app!

    Crashing

    Hello Notewise Team,

    I am using a Huawei MatePad 11.5 S with harmony 4.2.0.210and running Notewise through GBox. After updating Notewise to the latest version, the app no longer opens properly.

    When I launch the app, it stays on the loading screen/logo and then closes, or it gets stuck indefinitely. I have already tried updating both Notewise and GBox, clearing cache, and restarting the device, but the issue remains.

    The app was working correctly before the update. Other applications running through GBox work normally, so the problem appears to be related to Notewise compatibility.

    Could you please investigate this issue or provide a possible solution?

    Notewise crashes on launch (MatePad 11 2023) since 3.x.x updates - Please don't forget Huawei users!

    Hi everyone,

    I’m reaching out here hoping the developers or someone from the team sees this.

    I am using a Huawei MatePad 11 (2023), and ever since the 3.x.x updates, Notewise completely stopped working for me. The app crashes automatically right upon opening (it closes immediately before even loading).

    The older 2.x.x versions were working perfectly fine and smoothly on my device.

    There is a huge community of Huawei users who absolutely love Notewise and rely on it daily for their work and studies. It’s easily one of the best note-taking apps out there, but right now, we are completely locked out.

    Please take us into consideration and look into this optimization/compatibility issue for HMS/Huawei devices. We really want to keep using your amazing app!

    Has anyone else found a workaround for this, or are other Huawei users experiencing the same crash?

    huawei problem

    I had the Notewise app installed on my Huawei tablet. It said a new version was available and asked to update, but I couldn't. So I deleted the app and decided to reinstall it from scratch. The app isn't available in the App Gallery. I can download it from the Aurora Store, but when I try, it keeps saying "app stopped" and won't open. I tried all versions up to 2.11.0 using the UptoDown app, and none of them worked; they all kept saying "app stopped." I had previously purchased Notewise Premium and don't want any other alternatives. How can I get the latest version of Notewise to work, or should I try installing an older version?

    I am facing the same problem too. I tried everything possible, but nothing worked. I hope they fix it soon. I lost all my 1 year’s worth of work and notes just like that.
